Acceptable Use Policy

Users and Businesses may not use the Platform, content, data, APIs, connectors or services to:

• Violate law, licensing rules, sanctions, export controls or third-party rights.

• Offer unlawful, counterfeit, recalled, adulterated, untested, mislabeled or prohibited products.

• Target minors, evade age gates or facilitate unlawful interstate or cross-border transfers.

• Make deceptive health, potency, pricing, discount, availability or endorsement claims.

• Create fake accounts, listings, reviews, clicks, orders, leads or engagement; bribe or coordinate reviewers; manipulate rankings.

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, republish or sell Platform data without written permission.

• Build, train, evaluate or improve a competing marketplace, directory, dataset, search, analytics or AI product using Platform content or outputs.

• Reverse engineer, probe, scan, overload, bypass rate limits or access controls, or introduce malicious code.

• Access another account or personal information without authorization; stalk, discriminate, harass or expose sensitive information.

• Use automated agents except through an expressly authorized API and within limits.

• Misrepresent affiliation, impersonate others, obscure sponsorship or infringe intellectual property.

Enforcement

Dispense may remove content, limit distribution, preserve evidence, investigate, notify affected parties or authorities, suspend or terminate access, disconnect integrations and pursue legal or equitable remedies, with or without prior notice. Dispense may consider context but has no obligation to apply identical measures in every case. Report suspected violations to support@dispense.life.
