Marketplace & Advertising Terms

1. Scope

This Addendum applies to free or paid listings, claimed profiles, menus, products, deals, promotions, featured placements, sponsored results, advertisements and related marketplace services. It supplements the Business Terms.

2. Listings and Claims

Dispense may create listings from public records, Business Content, licensed sources, user submissions, POS data and third parties. A listing is informational and does not create a customer relationship. Claiming a listing does not grant ownership of the page, URL, layout, audience, ranking, data compilation or historical record. Dispense may require proof, reject or reverse claims, merge duplicates and preserve factual history.

3. Accuracy and Compliance

Business is solely responsible for continuously reviewing and correcting its names, addresses, contacts, hours, licenses, menus, inventory, prices, discounts, dates, exclusions, purchase conditions, product claims, images and warnings. Business will honor lawful published offers unless correction or cancellation is legally permitted. All comparative, health, potency, environmental, popularity and savings claims must be truthful and substantiated.

4. Placement and Performance

Dispense exclusively determines search, recommendation, category, ranking, rotation, display, frequency, geography, labeling and eligibility. Organic and paid placement may coexist. Dispense may test or change algorithms, layouts and inventory. Business receives no guarantee of position, impressions, clicks, leads, orders, exclusivity, conversions, sales or ROI. Measurement and billing based on Dispense records control absent manifest error.

5. Advertising

Business authorizes Dispense to format, resize, edit for technical requirements, distribute and display advertising assets. Dispense may reject, pause or remove any campaign or creative at any time. Business is the advertiser and solely responsible for audience restrictions, required disclosures, licensing, substantiation and cannabis advertising rules. Dispense’s acceptance is not legal approval.

6. Competitor and Unclaimed Information

Unless an order form expressly grants exclusivity, Dispense may display competitors, comparative information, alternatives, sponsored placements and third-party content near Business. Termination of paid service does not require removal of accurate public facts, consumer content or unclaimed listing information.

7. Takedowns and Corrections

Business will send substantiated requests to support@dispense.life. Dispense may request proof and determine the appropriate correction, label, suppression or removal. Dispense is not liable for delay in receiving, reviewing or implementing requests.
