# Claim an existing dispensary

## Open the dispensary page

Start on the public page for the dispensary you represent. This example uses Puffy's Dispensary on Main Street in Rapid City. Check the name and location before asking to claim it.

## Select Claim

Scroll through the listing until you see, If this is your listing, claim it from your account. Select Claim to open the ownership request. If you already have a business account, the form also offers a sign-in path.

## One form for account and claim

The claim opens a free business account form and identifies the dispensary being claimed. You do not need to register on a separate page first. Verify the dispensary name shown here before entering your information.

## Enter business details

Enter your full name, business email, phone number, business name, and website. Create and confirm a private password. The sample details on screen are fictional, and the password is intentionally not entered in this video.

## Choose your provider

Select the POS or menu provider your dispensary actually uses. Choose Other only if your provider is not listed, then describe it accurately. The message already includes the dispensary name and listing URL so the claim stays connected to the right page.

## Review before submitting

Read the prefilled claim message and the Business Terms and Privacy Policy. Confirm that you are authorized to represent the business. Then select Submit Request in a real claim. This demonstration stops here without submitting; the request would be reviewed before ownership is granted.
