# Request a business account

## Request business access

From Log in, expand Register and choose Register business account. Business registration is a request for access. The page explains that platform approval activates the account.

## Your contact details

Enter your name, business email, and phone number. Choose a password of at least eight characters and enter it again to confirm. We use synthetic business details in this demonstration. Password entry is kept off camera.

## Describe the business

Add the business name and website, then select your current POS provider. Our demo has no connection, so we choose Other and explain that it is a training account. Selecting a provider here does not create a POS connection.

## Review and submit

Use the message to explain why you need access. Review the Business Terms and Privacy Policy, and confirm that you are authorized to represent the business. Select Submit Request when ready. The user completed agreement acceptance and submission between these captures.

## Pending platform approval

The request was saved successfully and is pending platform approval. This status card summarizes the saved request. An active business user has not been created yet. Wait for approval before signing in to use the business workspace.
