About The Highest Care
The Highest Care dispensary located in Natchez, MS was the first medical cannabis dispensary in town and was started with a love and passion for cannabis. We provide high grade quality medical cannabis to certified patients. Our company offers all of our customers outstanding exceptional customer service and education on cannabis and cannabis infused products. We believe medical cannabis will make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Our goal is to educate and elevate the patient’s experience with medical cannabis.
