Originally bred by the Colorado-based Brothers Grimm Seeds, Apollo 13 was created by pollinating a female Genius plant—said to be a Jack Herer phenotype—with pollen from a P75 male. The strain gained notoriety within the breeding community, notably being utilized by breeder Subcool of TGA Genetics to develop subsequent strains including The Void and Third Dimension (3D). The flavor profile is characterized by herbal and skunky notes, accompanied by an aroma of pepper, earth, and fruity undertones. Laboratory analysis by MCR Labs has recorded THC levels in certain samples exceeding 22%.
Plant characteristics
