Azure Haze is a hybrid strain bred by DJ Short and his son, JD Short, by crossing a Silver Haze female with an F4 Blueberry male.
About Azure Haze
Azure Haze is a hybrid strain resulting from a collaboration between DJ Short and JD Short. The genetics combine a Silver Haze female with an F4 Blueberry male. The flavor profile is defined by fruity notes of melon, berries, and citrus, complemented by hints of pine. DJ Short characterizes the experience as initially uplifting, eventually tapering into a dreamy, relaxed finish. While some summaries suggest subtle cheese undertones, the strain is primarily recognized for its fruit-forward complexity.
Plant characteristics
This vigorous hybrid grows to a medium-tall height. It produces spade-shaped flowers with densely packed calyxes. The buds are olive green, covered in a frosty layer of trichomes, and feature light orange stigma hairs. The flowering cycle typically spans nine to 10 weeks.
