Bad Azz Kush
Bad Azz Kush, also known as OG Bad Azz, is an indica strain developed by Barney's Farm through a multi-generational breeding project involving Original OG, Afghan Kush, and Urkle.
About Bad Azz Kush
Developed by the Amsterdam-based Barney's Farm, Bad Azz Kush was created by crossing the Original OG—a variety present in Los Angeles since 1998—with Afghan Kush, and subsequently with Urkle. The strain was named in tribute to the rapper Bad Azz of the Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta Crips. Users report that the experience aligns with traditional indica expectations, characterized by a relaxing, sedative body high accompanied by feelings of euphoria and happiness.
Plant characteristics
The flowers are chunky, swampy green buds coated in golden trichomes. The aromatic profile is complex; some users identify sweet, herbal, and spicy notes, while others detect a profile leaning toward citrus, lemon, and earth. The strain is rich in terpenes including caryophyllene, myrcene, and limonene.
