OrgnKid identified short, stocky plants with thin branches that exhibited a pronounced banana scent and flavor, eventually crossing a male from this selection with an OG Kush female. A separate version was bred by Apothecary Genetics, which is a cross between an OG Kush male and a Banana Kush female. This version is noted for an earthy, fruity, tropical flavor profile. Users report that the experience of Banana OG often has a creeping onset, and it is generally recommended to start slow due to this delayed intensity.
