Berry Sanders
Berry Sanders is a hybrid cultivar named in tribute to NFL Hall of Fame running back Barry Sanders, characterized by a wide potency range and a complex aromatic profile of blueberry, earth, and skunk.
About Berry Sanders
The origins of Berry Sanders are not definitively established, with multiple versions of the strain circulating in the market. One notable iteration was selected by Michigan-based breeders Mota Rebel, who crossed their proprietary Lung Candy with Blue Mountain Berry. Due to these varying genetics and cultivation practices, THC content is highly inconsistent, ranging from approximately 9% to 27%. The aromatic profile begins with a top layer of blueberry sweetness, which transitions into earthier, muskier tones and a sharp, skunky finish. Reported experiences often begin with a tingling sensation that develops into uplifting energy and arousal.
Plant characteristics
Berry Sanders grows as a short, bushy plant that completes its flowering cycle in 8 to 9 weeks. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor environments, provided the climate is hot and humid. The flowers are dense with trichomes and possess a highly resinous, sticky texture.
