Blueberry Zkittlez
Blueberry Zkittlez is a name shared by at least three genetically distinct hybrids, each offering a unique sensory profile and effect range depending on the breeder.
About Blueberry Zkittlez
Blueberry Zkittlez represents a naming conflict involving three unrelated breeding projects. The version associated with Sensi Seeds is an indica-leaning hybrid (roughly 60/40) derived from a four-way cross of Blueberry, Northern Lights #5, Skunk Kush, and Durban. Users report a flavor profile of berry, citrus, and grapefruit over an earthy base, with effects described as uplifting and stress-relieving without heavy sedation.
Maven Genetics offers a sativa-dominant version, frequently labeled as "Blueberry ZKZ," created by crossing Blueberry Skunk with Tangie. This selection is noted for its energizing, talkative effects and a flavor profile characterized by berry notes with a spicy, peppery exhale.
A third version was produced by Fitfriendlyfarmer, who crossed a Los Angeles-sourced Zkittlez clone with a DJ Short Blueberry male. This indica-dominant (75/25) cut is reported to reach high THC levels, often exceeding 30%. Its aroma is distinct from the other versions, ranging from sour berry to earthy vanilla-cream haze, and it is frequently described as having a more sedating, heavy finish.
Plant characteristics
The Sensi Seeds autoflowering version typically reaches heights of 70–100 cm indoors, with outdoor plants stretching to approximately 3.3 feet. The plant completes its cycle in about 74 days from seed, with a flowering period of 50–55 days. Yields are reported at 450–500 g/m² indoors and up to 350 g per plant outdoors. The buds are dense and exhibit green-to-purple coloration with a heavy coating of trichomes.
