About Butch
Butch is a hybrid project from Doc’s Dank Seeds that draws on Mendocino heritage. The lineage combines Mendo Breath—a cross of OGKB and Mendo Montage—with the more enigmatic Bear Creek Kush.
The influence of Mendo Breath contributes a characteristic vanilla-caramel sweetness and a heavy, meditative physical effect. This is balanced by the Bear Creek Kush, which introduces a sharper profile defined by lime, fruit, and a distinct kush-gas pungency. Users often report that the strain provides a grounded, unhurried experience, favoring a subtle, high-quality effect over intense, immediate stimulation.
Plant characteristics
The flowers of Butch are characterized by deep green foliage accented with flashes of purple. The buds are typically coated in a heavy layer of resinous trichomes and feature bright, prominent pistils. The aromatic profile is a complex blend of blueberry, lime, and earth, underscored by a raw, fuel-forward kush funk.
