About California
California is a balanced hybrid bred by Offensive Selections, crossing Jealousy with Hellcat #15. The aroma is characterized by a sharp hit of diesel and black pepper spice, layered over a rich, creamy base that persists through the exhale. Notes of citrus and pine round out a complex, occasionally funky flavor profile that balances fuel-forward intensity with a smooth finish.
Users report an initial wave of clear-headed euphoria that settles into full-body relaxation. The effects are often described as focused and uplifting, suitable for creative work or conversation without inducing heavy sedation.
Plant characteristics
The buds are dense and resinous, featuring a heavy coating of trichomes. The calyxes are deep green, accented by long, fiery orange pistils, with some phenotypes exhibiting flashes of purple. The plant typically reaches a height of three to four feet when grown indoors, while outdoor specimens tend to stretch taller. It develops dense, heavy colas on thick branches.
