Canal Street Runtz is an indica-leaning hybrid bred by Purple City Genetics for their El Krem hash plant line, recognized for its tropical citrus aroma and balanced, non-sedating effects.
About Canal Street Runtz
Canal Street Runtz is a clone-only cultivar bred by Purple City Genetics as part of their El Krem hash plant series. It is a cross between Pre64 Runtz and THC Bomb, specifically developed for both flower and hash production. The aromatic profile features a wave of tropical fruit and citrus zest layered over a gassy, diesel-forward base that lingers on the exhale, blending bright citrus with earthy undertones. Consumers often report a euphoric, creative headspace that settles into a full-body calm without heavy sedation, making it a popular choice for social settings or unwinding after a long day.
Plant characteristics
The plant displays a vigorous structure that typically triples in size during its 9–10 week flowering cycle. Indoors, it reaches 3–4 feet, while outdoor plants can stretch to 5–6 feet. The buds are dense, quarter-sized nuggets featuring deep purple and bright green coloration with pinkish hues and thin orange pistils. The flowers are heavily coated in trichomes that extend to the fan leaves.
