About Cannatonic X
Cannatonic X is a selected phenotype of the hybrid strain Cannatonic. The original Cannatonic, sometimes referred to as CBD Queen, was introduced around 2008 by Resin Seeds as a cross between Reina Madre and NYC Diesel. The lineage is recognized for its high-CBD profile. Other notable phenotypes and related selections include Cannatonic #4, Cannatonic B, and Highlo, which is a Cannatonic inbred line (IBL) from House of the Great Gardener.
Plant characteristics
The original Cannatonic is reported to exhibit Indica-like growth patterns with a flowering period of 63 to 70 days. The strain is noted for its resistance to pests and powdery mildew. Aromas associated with the genetics range from strawberry, cherry, mandarin peel, and grape to haze and diesel, with myrcene identified as the dominant terpene, though expression varies between phenotypes.
