Chemex

Chemex is a hybrid strain with disputed genetics. One version is reported as a cross between Chem 91 and Chem Dawg, while another attributes the strain to Cresco Labs as a three-way cross of 91 Chemdog, GSC, and Tropicana Cookies #1. These conflicting lineage stories suggest either regional variations or different breeders working under the same name. Users describe a cerebral buzz that provides focus and an energizing lift, often favored for daytime activities and creative work. The aroma and flavor profile leans into its Chem heritage with diesel, pine, and citrus notes, rounded out by hints of hops, lavender, cinnamon, and magnolia depending on the phenotype. It is noted for offering a more complex terpene package than its parent strains.
