Chronic

Chronic is a hybrid cultivar originally released by the Dutch seed bank Serious Seeds in 1994. The initial iteration was created by crossing Skunk #1 with Northern Lights. In the early 2000s, the breeder, Simon, refined the genetics by crossing the original hybrid with a cross of Northern Lights and AK-47. This update was intended to introduce a more complex, full-spectrum experience while maintaining the strain's established yield and flavor profile. Users report a complex, full-spectrum experience that lifts mood while settling the body. The strain has earned seven cannabis awards, including a 3rd place finish at the 1994 High Times Cannabis Cup, 1st place at the 2003 La Bella Flor Cup in Spain, and 1st place at the 2004 Highlife Cup in Spain. Serious Seeds currently offers both regular and feminized versions of the seeds.
