Dark Devil
Dark Devil is an autoflowering hybrid known for its aromatic profile of sweet fruit, citrus, and incense, offering a balanced experience that combines mental stimulation with physical relaxation.
About Dark Devil
Developed by Sweet Seeds, Dark Devil is an autoflowering variety created by crossing Big Devil XL Auto with a selected purple autoflowering line. The lineage of Big Devil XL includes Jack Herer, while the specific identity of the purple parent remains undisclosed. The flavor profile is characterized by a balance of ripe sweetness and sharp citrus, rounded out by a lingering incense finish that adds aromatic depth without overwhelming the fruit notes. Reported experiences suggest a mixed character, offering an uplifted headspace that allows for physical relaxation, though the specific nature of the experience can vary by batch and individual.
Plant characteristics
Dark Devil typically reaches heights of 80–130 cm, featuring a prominent central cola supported by substantial side branches. The plant is noted for its heavy resin production and a life cycle of approximately 8½ weeks from germination to harvest. While the strain is recognized for developing dark, purple-hued flowers, individual plants may occasionally remain green. Breeder specifications indicate potential yields of 400–600 g/m² indoors and 50–200 g per plant outdoors.
