Darryl Strawberry
Darryl Strawberry (also known as Darryl Strawberries) is a name shared by two distinct hybrid strains, both characterized by prominent strawberry profiles but differing in their genetic lineage and flavor nuances.
About Darryl Strawberry
The name Darryl Strawberry refers to two separate breeding projects. The version from Purple City Genetics is an indica-leaning hybrid created by crossing Strawberry Kush with 14 Bombers (a cross of THC Bomb and Strawnana). This iteration is noted for a flavor profile of strawberry bubblegum, skunky earth, and citrus, with reported THC levels exceeding 28%. It finishes in roughly eight weeks.
Highsman offers a different version within their Postgame collection, which crosses Pancakes with Strawberry Kush. This selection emphasizes dessert-like qualities, featuring notes of strawberry and cream, warm dough, butter, lemon, and a faint diesel finish. Users report that the Highsman version provides a euphoric, relaxed experience that maintains mental clarity.
Plant characteristics
The plant typically reaches a height of 3–4 feet indoors and 5–6 feet outdoors. It features a dense, calyx-forward bud structure. During the final two weeks of flowering, the plant may develop magenta and plum coloration, particularly when exposed to cooler nighttime temperatures.
