Deadhead OG
Deadhead OG is a potent, sativa-dominant hybrid developed by The Cali Connection, recognized for its high THC content and a second-place finish at the 2011 High Times Cannabis Cup.
About Deadhead OG
Developed by The Cali Connection, Deadhead OG is a cross between a 91 Chemdawg (Skunk VA)—a verified cutting sourced from Chemdawg—and an SFV OG Kush F4 male. The resulting plant is known for its spicy profile and heavy trichome production. Genetically, the strain is 60% sativa. Users report an experience that begins with a cerebral rush, potentially enhancing mood and creativity, before transitioning into a sedative, relaxing effect that impacts both the mind and body. The strain is characterized by a diesel and pine-forward aroma.
Plant characteristics
The plant is described as having a long flowering cycle, high yield, and heavy growth.
