About Empire OG
Empire OG, also known as Empire or Empire OG Kush, is an indica-dominant hybrid. While commonly cited by dispensaries and reviewers as a cross between Candy Kush and OG Kush, the original breeder has not been publicly confirmed. The strain is noted for a complex aromatic profile featuring pungent earthy pine and diesel undertones, complemented by citrus accents and a subtle fruity warmth. On the palate, it presents woody and spicy notes with a lingering pine finish. Users typically report a heavy, fast-acting body high that promotes deep relaxation and sleepiness, often accompanied by a calm, contented mental state.
Plant characteristics
The buds are dense, oversized teardrops in olive green, threaded with yellow-orange hairs and coated in purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. Indoors, the plant typically reaches a height of 3–4 feet, while outdoor specimens can grow to 5–6 feet.
