G13 Haze

G13 Haze is a Sativa-dominant hybrid released by the Amsterdam-based seed bank Barney’s Farm. The breeder’s process involved crossing the storied G13—a strain often referred to as the "government Indica" and rumored to have originated from U.S. federal research in the 1970s—with Skunk #1 to stabilize the genetics. This hybrid was subsequently crossed with a Hawaiian Sativa to produce the final G13 Haze profile. The strain is noted for its potent, psychotropic Sativa-leaning effects, accompanied by a flavor profile characterized by sweet citrus and spicy fruit notes. It achieved significant industry recognition by winning 1st Place at the 2007 High Times Cannabis Cup.
