Gelonade

Gelonade is a hybrid cultivar selected by Connected Cannabis, created by crossing Lemon Tree with Gelato 41. The strain gained significant recognition in 2018 after securing first place in the sativa category at the High Times Cannabis Cup in California, establishing itself as a flagship offering for the brand.

The aromatic profile is dominated by sharp lemon peel and sweet citrus, balanced by undertones of creamy vanilla, fruit, and peppery spice, with a distinct gassy finish. While some reports note secondary profiles of berries, cookies, or maple syrup, the citrus character remains the primary feature. Reported experiences typically involve an energetic cerebral rush characterized by euphoria, focus, and increased sociability. While there is a baseline of physical relaxation, the strain is generally noted for its uplifting, high-energy profile rather than sedative effects.
