Glitter Bomb

Released in 2022 through a collaboration between Compound Genetics and NorCal Genetics, Glitter Bomb is an indica-dominant hybrid. The strain is a cross between Grape Gas #10 and OGKB Blueberry Headband. It is frequently referred to by the nickname "El Chivo" (Spanish for "The Goat") or "El Chivo #5." The name Glitter Bomb refers to the dense layer of resinous trichomes that coat the flower.

Users report that the effects are primarily heady, creative, and uplifting, often described as a "creeper" that develops slowly rather than providing an immediate, heavy-hitting sedative experience. The aroma is characterized by spicy, herbal, and earthy notes, accented by hints of lemon. While the parent strains are noted for fruity, berry aromas, the final profile of Glitter Bomb is reported to lean toward spice and earth.
