Golden Soda

hybrid

Golden Soda is a hybrid strain created by Annunaki Genetics by crossing a Golden Goat female with a Huckleberry Soda male, the latter of which incorporates Black Cherry Soda genetics.

About Golden Soda

Annunaki Genetics developed Golden Soda in an effort to increase the yield of their Huckleberry Soda line. This breeding project resulted in three distinct phenotypes, each exhibiting unique characteristics:

Phenotype #1 is an indica-leaning variety known for its high resin production and an aroma profile of citrus soda, vanilla, tropical fruit, and pepper.

Phenotype #2 leans toward the sativa side of the spectrum. It is noted for producing copious amounts of resin and offers a subtle aroma of peaches, mango, pepper, and earth.

Phenotype #3 is an indica-leaning selection that produces dense flowers. While reported to provide large yields, it is noted to have a lower resin content compared to the other two phenotypes.

Plant characteristics

Phenotype #1 grows with moderate vigor to an average height, featuring short internodes and high branching. It produces green and gold-colored colas with milky resin and orange stigma hairs. Phenotype #2 is a vigorous, tall-stretching plant with long internode spacing, producing dense colas in shades of green, gold, and pink. Phenotype #3 is a short, compact plant with low vigor, producing dense green and light purple flowers with soft orange stigma hairs.
