Grape Head

hybrid

Grape Head is a hybrid strain name associated with two distinct breeding projects, both characterized by grape-forward terpene profiles and sweet, fruity flavor profiles.

About Grape Head

The name Grape Head refers to two separate genetic lines, each with a unique lineage. The version created by Cannarado Genetics is a sativa-dominant hybrid resulting from a cross of Grape Pie and Lemon Jack. This iteration is noted for aromas and flavors of sugary grapes and fuel.

Alternatively, the version created by Bohemia Seeds is a slightly indica-leaning hybrid resulting from a cross between DJ Short’s Grapekrush and Sweet Mendo Kush. This selection is reported to feature a profile of sweet fruits, earth, and sour grapes. Users of these strains have described the experience as a mellow, hunger-inducing buzz that transitions into a state of deep relaxation without necessarily causing heavy sedation.

Plant characteristics

Cannarado’s Grape Head typically grows into medium-to-tall plants, reaching maturity in 56 to 63 days indoors, or by early October when grown outdoors. Bohemia Seeds’ Grape Head produces shorter plants, with an indoor flowering time of 56 to 70 days and an outdoor harvest window between mid-October and early November. The Bohemia Seeds variety is considered moderately difficult to cultivate and is noted for producing above-average yields under optimal conditions.
