Haleigh's Hope

Developed by Jason Cranford over a five-year period of genetic selection, Haleigh's Hope was created to provide high medicinal potential with minimal intoxicating effects. The strain is named for Haleigh Cox, a young patient who reportedly saw her seizure frequency drop from 200 per day to as few as four—with some seizure-free days—following treatment with oil derived from the plant.

The producer utilizes the full spectrum of the plant to leverage the entourage effect, a theory suggesting that cannabis compounds work more effectively in combination. While the genetics are trademarked and proprietary, and the plant material is not available for public cultivation, the resulting oil is described by users as having a sweet, earthy flavor profile.
