Hashberry
Hashberry is an indica-dominant hybrid celebrated for its sweet, fruity profile and historical industry acclaim, including a 2006 High Times Strain of the Year title.
About Hashberry
The origins of Hashberry trace back to the late 1980s, when breeders from the Spanish seed bank Mandala Seeds received a sample of cannabis from a contact in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district. Impressed by the quality of the gift, the breeders later crossed this mystery genetics with their own J7 strain. The resulting cultivar was named in honor of the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. The strain gained significant industry recognition, earning the title of High Times Strain of the Year in 2006 and appearing in the 2007 Big Book of Buds Volume 3. Users report a flavor profile characterized by fruit, mint, and pine, accompanied by aromas of sweet berries, spices, and earth. Reported effects include a creative, uplifting onset that transitions into a state of relaxed contentment.
