Hectane

Hectane is an exotic, mostly indica hybrid developed by Grandiflora Genetics, the Oakland-based breeding and cultivation outfit led by Marc McAfferty. The cultivar is a cross between High Tech and a descendant of Gelato #45 known as Project 4516. The resulting flower is noted for a fragrant, flavor-forward profile characterized by sweet notes of apple candy and lemon. While the strain carries significant indica genetics that are reported to provide physical relaxation, users also describe a concurrent mental stimulation typical of complex hybrids. It has been produced by various cultivators, including Redwood Cultivation and Strains Limited.
