Neptune Og
Neptune OG is a hybrid strain within the planetary OG lineage, characterized by a complex profile of citrus, pine, hash, and incense. It is known for a reported experience that begins with an upbeat, euphoric lift before transitioning into significant physical relaxation.
About Neptune Og
Neptune OG, sometimes referred to simply as Neptune, is a member of the planetary OG family associated with OG Kush. Its exact parental lineage and original breeder remain unknown. It is frequently confused with Neptune Kush, a distinct cross of Bubble Gum and OG Kush developed by Naledi Seeds. The aroma is defined by sharp notes of lemon, lime, and pine, grounded by earthier undertones of hash and overripe berries. On the palate, the strain offers a complex flavor profile featuring sour grape, incense, and sandalwood, resulting in a dark, woody finish. Users report an initial euphoric and upbeat effect that often transitions into a heavy body buzz, making it well-suited for sessions where physical activity is not required.
Plant characteristics
The flowers are green with short orange pistils that can be difficult to distinguish at a glance. The bud structure varies from firm to slightly fluffy, featuring a visible dusting of trichomes. While some sources, such as Holi Moli, suggest a flowering period of approximately 65 days and potential outdoor heights exceeding six feet, these figures are specific to certain suppliers and not universal characteristics of the strain.
