About Nuclear Muffins
Nuclear Muffins is a balanced hybrid strain bred by Grassroots, the cultivation arm of Curaleaf, created in the 2020s by crossing Modified Muffins #10 with Lady Madonna #10. The strain has gained a following across East Coast markets. Its aroma features bright lemon zest and pine resin, settling into layers of earthy herbs with a sharp fuel kick on the exhale. The flavor profile is citrus-forward with undertones of berry, herbal spice, and a lingering gassy finish. Consumers often report a euphoric, energetic onset that sparks creativity, which eventually eases into a mellow, full-body calm that remains uplifting without being overstimulating.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces dense, spear-shaped buds that are light green with vivid orange pistils and a heavy coating of trichomes. When cultivated, the plant reaches approximately 3–4 feet indoors and 5–6 feet outdoors. It has an 8-to-9-week flowering period and is reported to produce moderate-to-high yields of 400–500 g/m² indoors and 14–18 oz/plant outdoors.
