Paloma
Paloma is a name shared by several distinct hybrid strains, each developed by different breeders with the common goal of capturing bright, cocktail-inspired citrus and fruit flavor profiles.
About Paloma
The name Paloma is used by at least three different breeders to describe unique genetic crosses. The version from 1937 Farms and Raw Genetics is a balanced hybrid resulting from a cross of Tropicana Cherry and Georgia Pie. This iteration is noted for a flavor profile of zesty citrus, sweet cherries, and gassy undertones, with reported effects including initial euphoria, mental focus, and a non-sedating body buzz.
Green Dot Labs offers a separate Paloma, which is a sativa-leaning hybrid bred from Pirate Milk and ROYGBIV Red. This selection is distinguished by its grapefruit and mezcal-forward flavor profile and a buzzy, uplifting experience.
Finally, the breeder Weedy's produces a Paloma cross derived from Grapefruit Fly and Durban Poison. This sativa-leaning version is characterized by a sweet strawberry lemonade flavor and is frequently reported to provide a clear-headed, euphoric effect suitable for daytime use.
