Pink Pomelo
Pink Pomelo is a hybrid strain crafted by Valley Grove and ABR Farms, recognized for its bright grapefruit flavor profile and uplifting, social effects.
About Pink Pomelo
Pink Pomelo is a three-way cross of Pink Amarelo, Yuzu Trop, and Grape Gas. It is distinct from the strain simply named "Pomelo," which was bred by Rheinland Genetics from Cinderella 99 and Grapefruit Haze; despite the shared name, these two cultivars are genetically unrelated.
The flavor profile is characterized by a bright, fresh-squeezed grapefruit taste, accompanied by a slightly bitter, tingling citrus peel finish and subtle earthy undertones. Consumers report an uplifting, mood-boosting experience that remains light and engaging. Due to its clear-headed and non-sedating nature, it is frequently favored for daytime or social use.
Plant characteristics
The plant exhibits a variable structure, producing either elongated, spear-shaped colas or more rounded, stocky phenotypes. The buds are dense and heavily coated in trichomes. Indoors, the plant typically reaches heights of 3–5 feet, while outdoor specimens can grow between 5–7 feet, often experiencing a 1.5x to 2.2x stretch during the flowering stage.
