Pinot Nova

Pinot Nova is a hybrid strain originating from the vault collection of Seed & Smith Cannabis, developed at their Colorado-based facility. The cultivar is a genetic cross between Grape Stomper and Stardawg.

Its flavor and aroma profile are characterized by a distinct combination of fermented grape and chocolate notes. The vinous, grape-forward qualities inherited from its Grape Stomper parentage are balanced by the earthy, robust undertones typical of the Stardawg lineage. The breeder emphasizes the preservation of these specific terpenes across various product formats to maintain the strain's signature profile.
