Polar Dog exists as two distinct versions sharing the same genetic lineage. Bodhi Seeds is credited with the creation of the version known as Polar Dog, while House of Funk utilized the same Chemdawg and Snow Lotus parents to produce their own selection, referred to as Polar Dawg. The strain is characterized by a potent aromatic profile dominated by notes of chemicals, spices, and herbs, with a flavor profile often described as diesel and chemical-forward. Currently, the strain is reported to be unavailable as either seeds or clones.
Plant characteristics
Polar Dog exhibits indica-characteristic traits, typically developing into short, bushy plants that reach a maximum height of 5 feet. The flowers require 63 to 70 days to reach maturity when grown indoors, while outdoor crops generally finish by mid-October. The plants are noted for producing a pungent odor and are capable of delivering higher-than-average yields under optimal conditions.
