About Puppy's Breath
The name Puppy's Breath (or Puppy Breath/Puppies Breath) refers to three distinct genetic lineages, each characterized by a notably pungent, funky aroma profile.
### The Bakery Genetics Lineage This is the most common version of the strain. It is an indica-dominant hybrid bred by The Bakery Genetics by crossing Mendo Breath and Peanut Butter Breath. The profile is defined by a complex, dank nose featuring damp earth, skunk, and chemical funk, underscored by hints of sour citrus. Users report an initial euphoric, hazy head high that gradually descends into a heavy body sensation, often described as a melting effect that can lead to significant couch-lock.
### Freeworld Genetics Lineage This version is an indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing Starfire Cream and Early Orange. It was bred for its intense, malodorous scent, which the breeders likened to the distinct smell of a puppy's breath. This iteration is uncommon and is primarily available in seed form.
### GreenPoint Seeds Lineage This rare variant, created by Colorado-based GreenPoint Seeds, is a cross between DeathDawg and Stardawg. It is noted for a potent, dank aroma profile dominated by gas, skunk, and funk, which reportedly translates into a surprisingly smooth smoke. Like the Freeworld Genetics version, this is rarely seen in flower form and is typically found as seeds.
Plant characteristics
The Bakery Genetics version produces long, bright green buds characterized by long orange hairs and a chunky layer of trichomes.
