About Purple Ice
Purple Ice was created by breeder New420Guy, though its genetic origins remain a subject of dispute. While some sources suggest unknown or contested lineages, it is also associated with a cross between Obama Kush and Skunk #1. The strain is characterized by top reported aromas of earth, grape, and berries, with a flavor profile described as floral, grape, and soil. Currently, the strain is unavailable as seeds or clones.
Plant characteristics
This sativa-leaning cultivar produces plants with high resistance to mold, pests, and mildew. It performs well in indoor environments or outdoors in low-humidity conditions with ample sunlight. Indoor flowering occurs in 56 to 63 days, while outdoor plants reach maturity by mid-October. Under ideal conditions, the strain is reported to produce yields of up to 19 ounces per plant.
