Runtz Buttonz

Bred by the Seattle-based Exotic Genetix, Runtz Buttonz is a hybrid strain that integrates the Runtz lineage with Rainbow Chip. The strain is noted for a complex aromatic profile that maintains the sweet, fruity candy notes associated with its Runtz parentage while introducing deeper, earthy, and funky undertones. The flavor profile is further described as having sharp chemical and cheese notes. Consumers report an initial energizing and creative rush that gradually transitions into a sedative, relaxing state, suggesting the strain is best enjoyed by taking advantage of the early burst of energy before settling down. Exotic Genetix is also credited with the breeding of the parent strain Rainbow Chip and the grandparent strain Mint Chocolate Chip.
