About Sour Lime Haze
Sour Lime Haze is a sativa-dominant hybrid selected by Dirty Bird Genetics, who designated 2025 as "The Year of the Sour Lime Haze." The strain is a cross between MMXX (Twenty 20 Genetics) and Elmo's Army (Dynasty Seeds). Its lineage incorporates Moose and Lobstah genetics alongside Super Silver Haze.
The aroma is defined by sharp lime zest, sour funk, and a gassy petrol bite, layered with notes of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. The flavor profile is terpene-forward, offering spicy, herbaceous depth beneath the citrus. Reported effects include a rapid onset of uplift and sharpened focus, transitioning into a creative, energetic headspace. Users often note that the experience supports productivity without feeling overly wired, eventually settling into a gentle relaxation that does not significantly diminish energy levels.
Plant characteristics
The plants reach a medium height and produce dense, rounded, top-heavy colas. The buds are bright green, threaded with orange hairs, and covered in a heavy layer of trichomes that appear like crushed glass.
