About Superstar
Superstar is a hybrid strain created by the Tacoma-based breeder Exotic Genetix. The genetics were achieved by crossing the breeder's own Supernatural with Starfighter, a selection from Alien Genetics. The strain gained early recognition by securing a win at the 2012 High Times Medical Cup in Seattle.
In terms of sensory profile, the strain is noted for aromas of citrus, flowers, and tea. On the palate, users report flavors characterized by fruit, flowers, and earth. Reported experiences suggest a stimulating buzz that builds energy and sparks passion, potentially facilitating social interaction.
Plant characteristics
Superstar is an indica-dominant hybrid that typically grows into a short plant structure. It is characterized by thick, broad leaves, a trait attributed to its indica lineage. The strain has an average flowering period of 63 to 70 days and is reported to produce medium yields when grown in indoor environments.
