Sweet Berry
Sweet Berry is a sativa-leaning hybrid bred by Northern California-based Hillberry Farms, recognized for its complex berry and citrus flavor profile derived from a cross of Chernobyl and DJ Short’s Blueberry.
About Sweet Berry
Reportedly bred by Hillberry Farms, Sweet Berry is a genetic cross between Chernobyl and the legendary Blueberry, the latter of which was created by DJ Short and is also a parent of Blue Dream. While it may not share the mainstream recognition of its relatives, the strain is favored by connoisseurs for its aromatic profile, which features a blend of blueberry with floral and lime undertones. The flavor is described as an explosion of ripened berries and citrus. Users report an initial uplifting euphoria that gradually transitions into a state of relaxed sleepiness.
Plant characteristics
Sweet Berry plants reach a medium height, developing sturdy stalks and branches. The strain has a 56-day flowering cycle and reportedly yields approximately 14 ounces (400 grams) per plant. Cured buds are dense and forest green in color, occasionally featuring purple undertones, amber-colored hairs, and a heavy coating of trichomes.
