Green House Seeds developed The Church through a multi-stage breeding process. The lineage began by crossing a Swiss sativa landrace with Skunk, which was then hybridized with a cross of Super Skunk and Northern Lights. It is distinct from the strain known as Church OG. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of sweet fruit, citrus, and soil, while the aroma is frequently described as a blend of fruit, spices, and sandalwood. Plant characteristics
