707 Headband

707 Headband carries Northern California’s area code, but the name covers more than one genetic account. The Humboldt Seed Organization version is a 70% sativa / 30% indica hybrid developed from an unnamed Mendocino elite clone crossed with True OG. This iteration features a sharp, resinous Kush profile with notes of lemon, aromatic wood, and pine, with THC levels typically ranging from 19–23%.

The older, original Northern California cut lacks a firmly established breeder credit. Its lineage is commonly reported as OG Kush × Sour Diesel, while other widely circulated accounts include Master Kush. Neither formula is conclusively documented. This version is generally described as having a heavier physical character than the sativa-leaning seed line, with a flavor profile dominated by diesel, skunk, and lemon, and THC levels often cited in the low-to-mid 20s.

Across all accounts, the flower is consistently pungent. The aroma features lemon rind cutting through fuel, pine resin, and earthy spice, with a woody finish. Users report a cerebral lift paired with substantial body relaxation. Experiences range from creative and upbeat to heavier and more settled, with the name "Headband" frequently attributed to a distinct sensation of pressure around the forehead.
