About Alien Kush

Alien Kush exists in two primary iterations, both of which utilize Las Vegas Purple Kush as a foundational parent but diverge in their secondary genetic influence. The version bred by Alien Genetics crosses Las Vegas Purple Kush with Alien Technology, resulting in a lineage that emphasizes the heavy Kush characteristics of the mother plant paired with the traits of the original Alien line.

A second, distinct version was released by The Cali Connection, often referred to as Purple Alien Kush. This iteration crosses Las Vegas Purple Kush with Alien Dawg. Because Alien Dawg contains Chemdog D genetics, this version introduces a layer of chemical complexity not found in the Alien Genetics release.

Across these variations, the flavor profile is consistently described as a blend of earthy Kush, pine, and floral sweetness, with frequent notes of fruit, berry, and vanilla. Reported effects are generally characterized by an initial euphoric, uplifting head change that gradually settles into a relaxed, creative, and sometimes physically heavy state. Users have also noted feelings of arousal and sustained mental engagement.

Plant characteristics

Alien Kush typically completes its flowering cycle in 8 to 9 weeks, or approximately 55 to 65 days. The plants are known to produce moderate to heavy yields. The buds are tightly packed, making proper airflow essential during the flowering stage. When exposed to cooler temperatures during the final weeks of maturation, the plants often develop deep purple hues.
