Amarelo
Amarelo, also known as Amarello, is a hybrid strain encompassing two distinct, unrelated genetic lineages, both noted for fruity, citrus-forward profiles.
About Amarelo
Amarelo refers to two separate genetic lines. One version, developed by Symbiotic Genetics, is a cross between Str8 Lemonade and Banana Punch #9. A separate lineage, created by the Brazilian Seed Company, is a sativa variety derived from a Brazilian landrace crossed with an inbred line (IBL). Regardless of the specific lineage, the strain is characterized by a fruity and citrusy profile with flavors reminiscent of blueberries and apples, complemented by earthy and woodsy notes. Consumers report that the experience typically begins with an immediate sense of uplift and energy. Users have shared that these effects may assist with managing stress, anxiety, depression, pain, headaches, and appetite loss.
Plant characteristics
The buds are characterized by a bright neon green coloration with distinct yellow undertones. Upon close inspection, the nugs may display hints of blue, accented by fine dark orange pistils and a dense coating of bright white trichomes.
