Big Mac

hybrid

Big Mac refers to two distinct genetic projects: an indica-dominant hybrid from Federation Seed Company and a separate cross developed by the breeder Capulator.

About Big Mac

The name Big Mac is used for two unrelated strains. The first, from the Canadian-based Federation Seed Company, is an indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing BC Big Bud—originally from Sensi Seed Bank—with Mikado, a strain selected by Federation. This version is known for a terpene profile featuring citrus and berry notes, accented by earth and pepper. Consumers report a creative lift that gradually settles into relaxed focus, with the dense trichome coverage often cited as an indicator of its potency.

A second, distinct lineage known as Big MAC originates from the California breeder Capulator. This version is a cross between Big E OG and the cookie-leaning MAC strain. The species classification for this second lineage is currently unknown.

Plant characteristics

The Federation Seed Company version of Big Mac produces dark, rounded buds. The flowers are characterized by dark orange pistils and a dense coating of trichomes.
