Candyland
Candyland is a sativa-leaning hybrid from Northern California, recognized for its sweet, complex aroma and reputation for fostering sociable, energetic experiences.
About Candyland
Developed by Ken Estes’ Grand Daddy Purp breeding team, Candyland is a cross between a Granddaddy Purple male and Bay Platinum Cookies. Its aroma profile is defined by berry sweetness, floral notes, earth, and pepper. Depending on the batch, some phenotypes lean toward honey and citrus, while others present a sharper herbal bite; breaking the flower apart often reveals a more pronounced earthy spice. Consumers frequently report that the strain induces a happy, energetic, and sociable state, often accompanied by a sense of relaxation, making it a popular choice for creative activities or social gatherings.
Plant characteristics
The plant features narrow fan leaves and closely spaced nodes. It produces compact, dense flowers that display a mix of pale and dark green patches, accented by golden-orange pistils. The buds are heavily coated in resin, which can make the material quite sticky to the touch. Indoor flowering typically concludes in eight to nine weeks, while outdoor harvests in the Northern Hemisphere generally occur in early October.
