Dark Knight

The identity of Dark Knight is characterized by significant ambiguity, as the name has been utilized by various breeders to describe distinct genetic projects. The origins of the strain are frequently attributed to either botanist Daniel Hernandez or KDS Seeds, though neither has a universally accepted claim. Because different breeders have developed their own versions of the cultivar, the genetic makeup is inconsistent across the market.

Common reports suggest a cross between Granddaddy Purple and Purple Kush, while other entities, such as Generation Health, suggest a lineage of Blueberry and Kryptonite. Further complicating its history, the seed bank Seed City identifies the strain as a complex cross of (Black Widow x Mendo Purps) x (Trinity x JSD). Regardless of the specific lineage, users typically report an initial euphoric sensation that transitions into a deep, physical relaxation, accompanied by a flavor profile of sweet berries with earthy and woody undertones.
