About Gas Mask
Gas Mask, sometimes referred to as Gasmask, is a hybrid cultivar created by the team at Pacific NW Roots in Washington. Its complex genetic lineage involves a cross of Cherry Pie and a specific phenotype of Alien Kush, which was subsequently crossed with a hybrid of Cherry Pie and Starfighter. The strain is known for a pungent aromatic profile characterized by notes of gasoline, skunk, and subtle floral undertones. When consumed, the smoke is described as sour, carrying flavors of citrus and nutty earth. Reported experiences suggest an initial euphoric onset that transitions into a state of deep physical relaxation.
Plant characteristics
As an indica-leaning hybrid, Gas Mask is noted for its high trichome production. The plants respond well to topping, which helps improve light penetration and airflow to the lower branches. When exposed to cooler temperatures leading up to the flowering phase, the plant is known to develop distinct purple coloration. Maturity is typically reached in eight to nine weeks indoors or by early October in outdoor settings. The strain is currently distributed exclusively through clones.
