Grandpa Larry
Grandpa Larry is an indica-leaning hybrid created by the original breeders of Grandaddy Purple by crossing their GDP pheno #5 with Larry OG.
About Grandpa Larry
Created by the original breeders of Grandaddy Purp, Grandpa Larry is a cross between a specific GDP phenotype (#5) and Larry OG. While it shares the deep, vibrant purple coloration of its GDP parent, the strain is distinguished by its unique effect profile. Rather than the heavy, immobilizing sedation often associated with Grandaddy Purple, users report that Grandpa Larry offers a more moderate, weightless physical sensation paired with a blissful mental state. The aroma is characterized by a pungent kush base, featuring prominent notes of earth and fuel, rounded out by subtle undertones of sour berries.
Plant characteristics
The buds of Grandpa Larry are notably purple, accented by patches of dark green. The flowers are covered in a dense, sticky layer of trichomes and feature bright, prominent orange pistils.
